Return Policy

DBAGDA Traders Ltd primarily provides installation and construction services. Where materials are supplied as part of a project, the following return terms apply.
Unused Materials
Unused, unopened materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the supplier's own return terms. Custom-cut, bespoke, or opened items are non-returnable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If any material arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange replacement or repair.
Process
To initiate a return, contact us at Dbagdonavicius530@gmail.com with your project reference and details of the item(s). Approved returns must be received in original packaging and condition.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may apply where our supplier imposes them. We will confirm any charges before processing.
