This Refund Policy explains how DBAGDA Traders Ltd handles refunds for deposits and services.
Deposits
Project deposits secure your booking, materials, and labour scheduling. If you cancel more than 14 days before the agreed start date, the deposit is refunded less any non-recoverable costs (e.g. bespoke materials already ordered).
Cancellations Within 14 Days
Cancellations within 14 days of the project start may forfeit the deposit to cover ordered materials, reserved labour, and administrative costs.
Completed Works
Payment for completed works is non-refundable. Should any issue arise with completed work, please contact us — we are committed to rectifying any defects promptly under our quality guarantee.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
